Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your purchase. Orders cannot be rerouted once dispatched.

Returns and Exchanges

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs in every case, including exchanges or reshipments.

To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@creativemayhem.ltd with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
