General Policy
We offer a 30-day return period from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
All shipping costs—including the cost of returning an item—are the responsibility of the customer in every case. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
To request a return, please email info@click-like-and-subscribe.com with your order number, description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
Do not return items without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at info@click-like-and-subscribe.com if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
We will review your claim and, if approved, provide instructions for return or replacement.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different size, color, or item, please place a new order after your return is approved and processed.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order ships to the European Union, you have the right under EU law to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.
Items must still meet the same condition requirements: unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping in all cases.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email regarding approval status.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
